📜 Vialex Universal - Shipping Rules & Policies

1. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:

• ❌ Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive materials
• ❌ Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• ❌ Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous chemicals
• ❌ Perishable goods (food that can spoil quickly)
• ❌ Live animals or plants
• ❌ Cash, jewelry, or valuable precious metals
• ❌ Counterfeit goods or items violating intellectual property

2. Acceptable Items

• ✅ Documents and paperwork (passports, certificates, contracts)
• ✅ Clothing and accessories
• ✅ Non-perishable food items (dry food, packaged goods, spices)
• ✅ Electronics and gadgets
• ✅ Cosmetics and personal care items
• ✅ Home goods and small appliances

3. Payment & Pricing Policy

• 💰 70% payment minimum is required before departing from Origin
• 💳 Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, Card Payment, USDT
• 📧 Payment confirmation must be sent to shipping@vialexuniversal.com
• ⚖️ Minimum Shipment (General Items): 2kg (food stuff, clothes, gadgets, creams, etc.)
• 📄 Document Only: (passports, certificates, legal documents)
• 📦 Mixed Shipment: Documents + general items allowed (documents count toward total weight)
• 🚀 Urgent/Priority Handling: Additional fee applies for 2-3 day delivery

4. Delivery & Pickup Policy

• ✈️ Standard delivery timeline: 5-7 business days after pickup confirmation
• 🚀 Urgent delivery: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
• 📍 Primary Delivery Cities: We deliver directly to Lagos, Abuja, Moscow, and St. Petersburg only
• 🚚 Dispatch to Other Cities: If your destination is outside these cities:
  • ✓ We will securely hand over your package to a trusted third-party logistics partner
  • ✓ The receiver bears the cost of onward delivery to their final destination
  • ✓ We will provide you with the new tracking number and delivery receipt
  • ✓ We remain fully responsible for handling and coordination until delivery is confirmed
• 📦 Free Pickup: Available from our offices in Lagos, Abuja, Moscow, or St. Petersburg
• 🏠 Home Delivery: Available betweem Moscow and St. Petersburg (additional fee, as agreed with your account manager) and Lagos/Abuja (additional fee, as agreed with your account manager)

5. Lost or Damaged Items

• 📦 Insurance: Recommended for valuable items (2% of declared value)
• ⚠️ Vialex Universal is not liable for items valued over ₦100,000 / ₽15,000 without insurance
• 📝 Claims: Must be filed within 7 days of delivery confirmation
• 📸 Evidence: Photos/videos of damaged packaging required for claims

6. Declaration of Contents

• ✓ You must accurately declare all package contents (items, quantity, estimated value)
• ✓ False declarations may result in confiscation and legal action
• ✓ Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client
• ✓ We reserve the right to inspect any package at our discretion

7. Tracking & Updates

• 🔍 Tracking Number: Provided within 24 hours of shipment confirmation
• 📧 Email Notifications: Sent at every stage (received → in transit → arrived → ready for pickup → delivered)
• 💬 WhatsApp Support: Available for real-time updates (+7 950 491 0047)
• 📱 Client Portal: Registered users can view shipment history and track packages online

8. Third-Party Logistics Partners

• 🤝 We partner with trusted couriers for delivery outside our primary cities
• 📋 Your Rights: You will receive the partner's tracking number and delivery confirmation
• ⏱️ Delivery Timeline: Onward delivery typically takes 1-3 additional business days
• 📞 Support: We remain your single point of contact for any delivery issues
